Amplifon pediatric protocol. Recovering hearing ability in 4 steps:
- Evaluation of hearing loss: a series of tests to verify the type and degree of the hearing loss, to select the most appropriate hearing and the most appropriate amplification
- Fitting and selection: Amplifon employs all the expertise of its audioprothesists in selecting the best amplification for the child
- Checking: several measurements to fine tune the setting, performed with hi-tech equipment that guarantee sure and repeatable results
- Checking: the small patient, together with his/her parents, is given instructions by the audioprothesist on: use of the hearing aids, daily cleaning, follow-up controls, use of telephone and other devices, relation with his/her specialized medical
