Hearing check-up
The hearing check-up is a necessary measure for preventing any problems. By doing a simple, quick test, you can have a precise picture of the state of your hearing. In case of hearing aid purchase this test is completely free of charge.

In our centers the hearing test is carried out using a computerised audiometer. After that the professional and the customer choose the hearing aids that may suit the given hearing loss, but also considering the form of the device (behind-the-ear, in-the-ear or spectacle)

Hearing aid trial
Amplifon offers the possibility of trying out a hearing-aid at home for one month, with no commitment, and with the constant help of one of our hearing-aid specialists, ready to solve any eventual problems or dispel any possible doubts. With this trial, Amplifon ensures that:

• the model chosen is the right one for the wearer
• the adjustment made is a customized one

The trial period enables the client to make an informed decision regarding if and what hearing-aid to purchase.

Partial payment
Our hearing aids can be purchased by partial payment. The amount and length of instalments depends on the price of the chosen device.

Warranty
Each hearing-aid is covered by a one-year warranty. During this period all repairs due to faulty material or construction, but not faulty use, are free.

Check-up and fine tuning
For our Customers we ensure regular hearing check-ups and fine tuning free of charge. At each visit we suggest the next optimal date of check-up, but also int he mean time we stand at disposal on the Customer's demand (appointment is necessary).
